Our story begins in January 2008 when our founder, Ashley, found herself characteristically on hold for over an hour with Telus (the local phone company). “I wish I could hire someone to do this” was her next thought. Her entrepreneurial brain shouted "why not me?!"! What happened next was the birth of a personal concierge company that focuses on tackling the everyday tasks that rob our clients of their precious time. Fast forward over a decade, Modern Life Management is a thriving Concierge firm that serves clients in British Columbia and worldwide.
Julianne and Ashley met in 2007 and worked together for five years as concierges for Canucks Sports & Entertainment. Julianne joined Modern Life Management in 2019 and became Partner in 2021.
