Ashley, Founder, has over 10 years in the Hospitality Industry with international experience and success working both in the United States and Japan.

Karen, Managing Director, has over 18 years of concierge service with the Vancouver Canucks, many of those years acting as Head Concierge to the private suites. Karen was educated at Kwantlan College, specializing in Interior Design.
